Ive never seen the wagon before but the building in the background is so familar it is hurting my brain. I think it either looks like the fort worth courthouse, or maybe its over in the omni/ will rogers coliseum area, or maybe Im totally off. Either way it looks tool familiar and I have a huge feeling I'll be kicking myself later for not pinpointing the location immediately. But at least I guessed the city correctly, pat on the back for me!
