Gramma3 , I am having the same problem with my neighbour so I feel for ya.This woman has already filed a complaint against me with the city for Remy barking.But she has made a career out of harassing her neighbours for just about everything you can think of, so I not the only one she has targeted.If you can afford a tall privacy fence do that ,in the meantime dont leave your baby out alone.Most of the neighbours around us have put up tall fences because of this woman and when I can afford it I will be doing the same,She is not going to force ME to move or to stop me enjoying my yard
