I got my puppy on Saturday. The breeder had taken her to the vet the day before. He shaves her ears and taped them. He did a lousy shave job, and she won't stop scratching (the tape is all gone now.).

She has now seriously scratched the inside of her ears and they are very red inside. This is below where he shaved. How do I treat this?
