Sounds like she has a very sensitive little nose. I don't really have any great advice because mine didn't really do anything like that with the Bordetella. They had more systemic shot reactions like fever, not wanting to walk, etc. That was scary, so I can imagine you feel the same. I would definetely call your vet again if she's still doing this in the morning unless she seems like she's in respiratory distress, in which case I would go to the doggie ER.
