Head pressing is different from just a dog trying to dry himself off after a bath or trying to get food off from around their mouths or something like that

When my yorkie head presses(he has liver shunt/mvd), he walks along the furniture or the wall kind of rubbing his head along the side of it..He rubs his head on the floor kind of like his head is bothering him. This happens to dogs with liver problems particularly after meals or when they're having hepatic encephalopathy symptoms...They do this because toxins are reaching their brain and causing this...
