Just a thought -- if the YT cookbook is formatted so that you could put it in an 8 1/2" x 11" 3 ring binder then each person who purchases a cookbook would simply buy the pages and provide their own ringbinder. Maybe a "cover sheet" could be included for one of the binders that has the front insert pocket.
