He should have never left his mommy so young and I would be on the phone with this breeder raising some cain! This breeder had no right selling this puppy so young, he should have least been 10 weeks old before he left his mommy!
Please call the breeder back and see if she will let him come back and nurse on the mommy. Not sure if he will since he has been off her for this long.
I would also get a second opinion from another vet asap.
Definitely go out and get him some puppy nutrical asap!!!
