Yes, this is common in Yorkies...especially when they're young and their nose hair is growing out. The short hairs get in their eyes and cause tearing. However, tearing can also be caused by food allergies or allergies in general. My Riley had watery eyes when he was young but as soon as the hair on his nose grew out he was fine...my boyz are now 2 and 2 1/2 and neither of them have watery eyes. |
