I really don't know I have read good reviews on them but, I have also read, not so good reviews. They do sell them for larger dogs. The problem with Sadie (my yorkie) is, she doesn't sit still so I can't get the clipper to stay on her nail. With my Moms mini schnauzer, who is only 15 lbs and the one I bought was for dogs up to 40 lbs, is that she couldn't squeeze the clipper handle enough to cut through her nail. She was afraid that she was going to break the handle. The handles are made of plastic. I just received an e-mail back from petgadgets and from what I understand they will only "replace" them if they are defective...and from what is sounds like...they don't give refunds...I will be really pi&&ed! if I can't get my money back! I didn't read ANYWHERE that said no refunds...
