Sounds like she had a false pregnancy. My vet explained after our first girl dog ever was acting crazy. She would take all of her squeeky toys and get into the dirty laundry basket. She would not get out of the basket and would fret it I touched one of her "babies" I thought for sure that she had a brain tumor or something. That was many many many years ago, Now I can just sit here and smile at how much I did not know. I still have a long way to go to, so I am sure that things that happen now will have me smiling at my ignorance years down the road. |
