I had neighbors do this to my dogs. They were too stupid to realize all they were doing was aggravating my dogs and making it worse. Plus, to make matters worse, my neighbors would tease my dogs. I would hear Bo and Duncan outside barking and I would be in front and couldn't get to them in time before they barked,open the door to let them in and have two wet dogs. Thank god I have moved and the townhome I live in now the people are a little more stable and understanding. |
