I'm so glad we have no close neighbors here in the country. I can usually hold my mouth when I need to, but I'm afraid I would have been physical if this were to happen. I would've wrapped that hose around their neck and shoved the end down their freak'n throat! At least, if it ever happens again, call the cops for animal abuse.
