with mine they are all different.
Buckeye:
will sit and stare at me, but only for a minute then he will dig on me with his front paws.

Ahia:
will sit and stare. If she gets no response whe will whine. if no response she will bark.

Tressie:
she will get up on the ottoman or the arm of the leather chair and stare in the face. constant! You feel that stare even if you are in the other room.

Archie:
he will walk very fast back and forth. if you say do you want out he will run for the door.

or ....all of them do this....
if you are sitting there trying to drink your morning coffee... they all want on your lap at the same time. brushing 4 of them at the same time is hard to do. they use their "hands" to pull that brush their way.
