Yes Boys are easier in certain ways, but they also have to show other males who Rules the Kingdom by marking their territory. Let's face it if you have 2 of the same sex in any species there's always going to be a dominant one. Especially when you put one cute little member of the opposite sex in that equation.
Well Heck Humans can't always handle it. That's why we live by a moral code
