It's wonderful that you have a park especially for small dogs! Bailey definitely qualifies and your taking here there is a good thing. Accidents happen and your baby was probably more scared than anything.
You are good yorkie parents. Bailey is being socialized. I wish there was something like that where I live. I think it would be good for my 2 to have a place to go and play with other dogs.
