Yup, just like passionfruition says, that spot behind their heads, near the bottom of their necks, and they can't get to it. Just make sure they don't smear it somewhere right away then lick it though. It is doable yourself. Only the first time is the hardest, just like giving your Yorkie a haircut or cutting their nails or plucking their ears.
