It does sound like someone told her or she came across the forum somehow (which I think is possible too). She's such a cute little girl. I would definitely buy her if I lived there. I don't really understand the needing a fenced-in yard. If you think about it, what seems safer to you: Someone letting their dogs outside into a fenced in yard unsupervised or walking your dog on a harness and leash? I have a tiny fenced-in backyard (I live in a townhouse) so I always walk Lacy in front around the complex. She only goes in the backyard if I'm out there because I'm afraid she could get out somehow or someone will steal her.
