I think I would be looking into new vets. It never hurts to get a second opinion. I really hope you find out what's wrong with her soon. If you post on the general forum or health and diet forum about foods, I'm sure there are some people that could suggest a good food that will be fine for a dog with kidney problems and allergies. I have a cat with allergies (food) and Lacy has flea allergies...so I know how hard it can be to find a food for a pet with allergies. I don't have any experience with the kidneys though but I'm sure a lot of other members have. I know you're really worried about your baby.
