100% scam! Those are all over the las vegas craigs list too. I got annoiyed with seeing them so much so I pretended to be an interested buyer... as soon as I told her I was interested she told me I could send the money right now and she would put my dog on a plan as soon as she recieved it. This one was a missionary and the dog was in some asian country. I asked her if she was currently with the dog and she said yes. then I said "they why is you IP address on your computer showing up as in the United states?" and they said "oh well im currently on bussiness in new york "then i said arent you a missionary?" and they said yes, but this was a different job... lol then I said, "You do realize that I can pin point your exact location and streer address... STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE YOU JERK" lol i got no response... But it was entertaining to see he/she trip over there words.
