If the other owners are nervous about their dogs hurting Bailey, I would say that's their problem. Isn't part of socialization learning how to get along with ALL types of dogs? It sounds like you are doing a favor for all small dogs. Maybe if more people see you bring your dog, they will feel more comfortable bringing their own smaller dogs, but that's just my personal opinion.
