Happy to hear all went well, for your hubby and Gizmo...I've never had to leave Winston with anyone, I can only imagine how crazy I'd be if I did. He is sooooo attached to us, and us to him for that matter, it's unreal. I once had to leave Spencer with my parents, due to illness in my hubbys family...and I was worried sick about him, although he seemed to adjust very well to them. But now my parents are both gone, and I really don't know who I'd trust with Winston, he is so anti-social, I'm sure he would not adjust as well...hmmmmm...scary thought. And yes my hubby would probably say our boys were and are the lights of his life too. I guess we've been together too long.
