Yes, I wouldnt want a crabby old fart like that living next to me or anywhere in the neighborhood for that matter. I would, however, never let my dogs out to roam the neighborhood by themselves. Too many people wanting yorkies and will do what they can to get one for free. Mine stay in my back yard where I know they are safe. I don't like it when neighbor dogs come and crap in my yard either so I can't say I blame them for getting mad.
