Thank god I have GREAT neighbours that LOVE my dogs..most of them come over to chat with the dogs over the fence...I dont know what I would do with neighbours like yours...definetly keep your dogs leashed as they may end up doing something nasty to your dogs just to be rid of them...sounds awful but it happens all the time..years ago our dog was poisoned by who we think was a neighbour when we were in a different town..of course we couldnt prove and the dog was ONLY on our property...so just be careful of these people..
