Lunch meat is generally very bad for dogs... As far as turkey is concerned, the skin can cause pancreatitis in a dog. It's very high in fat, and not good for them at all. I do give my healthy dog ground turkey, as many vets have said that ground turkey is fine for healthy dogs.
