Where we live, we have leash laws. Dogs cannot be off your property unleashed. Responsible pet owners do not let their dogs on other people's property. You never know what they can get into.
I do not like other dogs on my property. This is my pet's safe haven - no other dogs allowed or I will call the dog warden!!!
