I have no experience here, as I've always had a one dog house. But wanted to mention, that our first Yorkie, Spencer did just as you said...if either my husband or I were holding him...he would snarl at the other. He didn't seem to want to share the love...Maybe the new puppy will help with this, good luck with both your babies, they are so cute.
