I thought the brand was Bitter Apple, but it is "Indoor Bitter End, the Trainer's Friend." It says it can be sprayed on fur to discourage licking, biting, and chewing
AND as a liquid shield on other objects coating the surface with bitter taste.
The Caution label only states: keep out of reach of children, do not spray directly in eyes (pets or human), do not spray on open wounds.
Does that help at all? I bought it at the vet's office.
We used to spray it on our feet
when Emmy was little--she was a heel and toe biter! I also sprayed it on the legs of furniture--it did not hurt the finish.
