I've been trying to examine it with a magnifying glass and what I see is an X inside of a box. I showed it to one of my neighbors (who is a vet tech) and he said it is a tattoo (a horrible one too). I called his vet and asked him about it and he said he doesn't remember because it was over a month ago and he has a lot of pets that he see each day. He told me that if it was done then it would be notated in his files but it's not in his files. I know for a fact that he didn't have that before. I am so upset. What do I do now? The vet won't admit to this. He's thinking I got it done somewhere and they messed it up and now I'm throwing all the blame on him.
