I have never bought these from ebay but I have sold FrontLine on there myself. I had one unopened box and one that had been opened (not sure why). These were for our indoor cats so I didn't feel that we needed them just sitting in our closet....so I sold them on ebay. I don't see anything wrong with it, as long you feel comfortable with the seller's feedback rating.
