Thats exactly what it looks like to me! But it looks as though somebody did an awful job... Can you even make out numbers or letters??? Yikes! if thats truely what it is.... I'd throw a serious fit!
I'll tell you who can verify it for you! ANOTHER VET! Just pop in to an office and ask the girls at the front desk and they'll be curious enough to grab a tech for you! They will give you an answer... No appointment, no charge. But don't give them the whole story about the other vet... then they won't want to get involved... tell them you just adopted the dog and are curious...
