Ahhhh, the joys of home ownership ... SO sorry to hear about this. I feel for you. We got hit with plumbing problems during the first few months we had my house. And once that was resolved ... the furnace went out.
My house, which will be paid off next year, has been dubbed "The Money Pit Jr." We have replaced almost EVERYTHING at some point.
It's practically a brand new house!
