That is horrible that you have to go through all of this. Buying a home is something everyone looks forward to and to have all these repairs is awful unless you knew about it before hand.
Was the inspection done by them or by you. It is always important to spend the extra money when purchasing a home to have your own inspector. Hey, we live and we learn. Wish you didn't have to go through all this.
Definitely check with your Realtor and find out if you'll be able to recoup some of the money you've had to spend on repairs.
