Default Need help with feeding

I need some advice. I have a yorkie girl, Coco who is 7 months, I've had her for 4. For the first 3 months I fed her Eukanuba puppy small breed kibble. She was impossible to feed as far as that goes, she never wanted it but I kept going with it. Then my vet recommended to switch to wet food. I did. I fed her Wellness puppy wet food for about a month. SHE GOES WILD FOR IT. She absolutely loves it and eats in 30 seconds!!! I was so happy for her. But then, I started to have more of a problem leaving her home all day (see my other thread on training, she urinates in the crate). She will still do this sometimes when she eats dry food but since I started the wet food I thought it got much worse. Is this related? My vet says probably not but my trainer says maybe. So I bought her Wellness puppy dry food (kibble). Not interested in it! Eats a small amount reluctantly, just like with the Eukanuba. I wet the food a bit, she eats a little better but I have yet to get Coco to finish the recommended portion in one day. I always have to throw away. Today I broke down and opened a can of Wellness wet puppy food. I put a scoop into the dish she was eating from that had the dry version that I had moistened. I moshed it all together. She sort of picked at the dish, finishing all the wet food and eating a bit of the dry (most likely by accident). Wouldn't eat any more after the wet was gone.

What to do? Is the wet food a problem to feed as her only food? Is it making her pee that much? I am so worried and stressed.
