What gets me is they ask if they can use your dog for breeding, but they don't bother to first ask if the dog is healthy or where you got it, or if it's even registered. Just shows they don't care, they only want to make money. A good breeder isn't going to approach a stranger about breeding their dogs.

My son works at the store where I was approached, and he said he hears people asking strangers all the time about breeding their dogs. He said maybe we should go along with them next time, and then maybe we can see where they do all their breeding, and if it turns out to be a puppymill, report them. Not a bad idea.
