We then had the dog transfered to the vet that our pet store tells us to use. We wanted that vet to confirm his diagnosis so the store would replace the dog, as per the warranty. And then we would have to put Fitzy to sleep... Me and my fiancee cried all day.
Then, at 4:30, we got a call from THIS vet, saying that they want to keep him overnight and do more tests, because he seems stable and his anemia could be a reaction to the vaccinations he had last Friday... So, at the end of the day, there's this thin, thin ray of hope that our baby is going to get through this.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but there is a liver shunt surgery, isn't there? Putting your baby to sleep isn't the only option...
