BB Trinna........ if you get your money back from this woman, i would suggest looking for breeders in your area..... where you could actually go and inspect the premesis and the puppies BEFORE you commit to buying them...... Keep us posted on what happens, like i said if you decide to buy puppies from a breeder in your area we can help you with the many questions you should ask to make sure it is a reputable one
