I LOVE THAT DRESS!!! Oh my gosh - wish I could afford that but if I could I'd have already bought another yorkie LOL.. I've probably spent more than that on Lacy's wardrobe but she has over 100 outfits and lots of collars and bows and all and that was over a 2 1/2 year period. I haven't spent more than $90 on one outfit yet...so $3000 would be a HUGE jump! There is a beautiful Little Lily dress for $120 though that I have thought about - The "Jennifer" dress from their Red Carpet collection. But OMG that dress is gorgeous!

Educate yourself and buy from reputable breeders or rescue.
