I work at a people doctor's office. Otis goes with me occasionally, when the doctors are out. Ollie gets car sick so he doesn't go as much. Otis LOVES when the people come to see him. I keep him baby gated in my office because he's a runner. I guess it's possible her dog has never reacted that way before today, but come on..... If Otis EVER acted that way, I wouldn't suggest that he be let out to be around strangers. Even if someone did have other dogs, he would just smell, smell, smell, never snap!
