Loki will also pee on the sidewalk or with 1 foot in the grass, 2 on the sidewalk and the 4th paw lifted. He's so fast I dont put a coat on him or anything. I used to have to go stand outside on the porch with him (i usually stand inside the door) and that helped a lot. Now I have to do that with Sammy. The first few times it rained I just had to go out there with a stubborn dog. I took the treats with me and we both got wet until he peed.
