Anyway, he said she is doing very well for being one week out from the surgery. He wants her to start walking on-leash now, so I'll start doing that tomorrow. He was very pleased and said if I continue the therapy as I have, she will have full use of her leg within 3-4 months. YAY!
While we were talking, Tink ran across the room and jumped up onto the bench where I was sitting, laid down, and went to sleep! The vet was amazed that she is so active.  That's my Tinkerbrat!!  She goes back in one month for another checkup. |
What great news! Way to go, Tink. Handsome vet, hmm...Tink is all "girly" with him? Listen, doesn't hurt to have a pleasant view for either you or Tink. So glad she is recuperating so well, and imagine you are relieved also. Where did you say you lived? Charlie's vets are all female, fine for Charlie but a Pierce Brosman type would be more enchanting for his Momma.
