I posted the recipe I used for Chloe's birthday cake for her 6-month birthday last month. I made a 9 x 13, but you could do mini muffins! Only suggestion I have is to fill the muffin cups however high you want the muffins. The cake didn't rise at all (or VERY little)

I used "real" candy sprinkles for the decorations. And I used liver treats to spell her name & used puppy milkbones as "candles."
