Maggie is a Maggot too, when it comes to hair-dos. I use tiny latex bands first. As soon as I get her hair up, then I cover the band with a child's clam clip. I haven't started using bows yet. I tried, but they won't stay in. I talked to her groomer and she said to put the hair up first with the first band, then put the bow in with the second band. She said they stay in for sure that way. Maggie had squinty eyes the other day, when I put her hair up too tight.
