[Vinnie's Mom]

I wish, a few months ago Vinnie discovered his vocal chords, now he sets himself up to bark. He places a toy in an exact location on the floor so he can get on the couch and bark at it! If we pick it up and give it to him he either drops it or places it back in that spot so he can continue barking at it! I'm at wits end, tried everything I could think of, if i discover anything I will let you know, in the meantime, good luck!!
