Well I understand the worry. We have one small female in our current litter that although she didn't lose, her belly never has got as full as I thought it should with nursing. I started giving her extra one on one nursing time with Mama and watching her closely. Her belly has been pretty full the last few feedings and she is keeping up with her litter mates development wise.
