It doesnt matter where she bought her as long as shes healthy plenty of people on here have accidently bought petstore pets. which is wrong but it doesnt matter if its in good health now that its already been bought.

apparently if its her moms house and her mom doesnt want the puppy the best thing would to be to rehome it.
