How old is your Yorkie? My baby is 9 wks, weighing in at 2 lbs, and has slept through the night without any accidents (except for his first night home)since I got him last week. I don't think anyone should get up in the middle of the night to take their dog out unless it has a bladder condition in which case I would discuss some alternatives with your vet. If it is that bad maybe you should leave food out for him at night and try pee-pads. Sorry I can't be more help.
