I've never used belly bands, but my understanding is that they are for male dogs to help with housebreaking. It absorbs the pee.

As for Greenies, we've had long and passionate debates on this. When they first came out, there were claims that they were killing some dogs. Dogs were gobbling them down whole and could not digest them. I believe the company eventually had to do a recall.

They have since changed their recipe and claim it is safe. Many of us don't believe it.
