I worked for a vet for 8 years & have always used Frontline & have never seen any fleas the whole time. Ticks will still attach, but will soon die. Flea collars are not that effective overall, just around the head/neck area. Be sure to pull ticks straight out with tweezers to prevent the head from breaking off. I would stay with Frontline. It is a bit expensive,but it works real well. Hope this was helpful. |
