That sounds just like a scam to me. They arent interested in the dog at all and only the money transaction. Any time they send you extra money or want you to pay the delivery person and they will refund you the money it is a scam. Alot of times they send an extra 400 or so to cover the delivery and you are supposed to send it to someone else and they check they sent is no good. Dont deal with this person anymore. It has SCAM ARTIST written all over it.
