Coat cannot really be know if it is silk or soft until 4-6months of age.

They require the dog to be at least 2 lbs before they can come home except if they think it's ok and the dog is really healthy. London came at 10 weeks old and she was less than 2 lbs but she was hand delivered and did very good.
